And Then There Were None is a work of detective fiction by Agatha Christie and first published in the UK by the Collins Crime Club in 1939 and in US by Dodd, Mead and Company in 1940 under the title of And Then There Were None.

The novel has also been filmed under the title And Then There Were None (1945), Ten Little Indians (1965) and Ten Little Indians (1989). It is Christie's best-selling novel with 100 million sales to date, making it the world's best-selling mystery, according to the editors of Publications International, Ltd.

One choked his little self and then there were nine.

Nine little Indian boys sat up very late;

One overslept himself and then there were eight.

Eight little Indian boys traveling in Devon;

One said he'd stay there and then there were seven.

Based of the Agatha Christie novel.

On a remote and isolated island, ten people - 8 invited guests and two servants - find themselves facing their own deaths. Their unidentified host informs them, via a gramophone record, that as they have all been responsible for someone's death, they in turn will die before the weekend is out. There is no way for any of them to flee the island, so they set about trying to determine who their hidden host might be and where he might be hiding. One by one, the guests are killed and one of them suggests that the killer is likely among them.

2. Love from a Stranger (1937) AKA "Night of Terror" in the U.S.A.- Ann Harding and Basil Rathbone.

A poor woman (Ann Harding) wins the lottery and soon she's swept off her feet by a nice man (Basil Rathbone) but after they're married she begins to think he has a few secrets including murder.

Movie was adapted from Agatha Christie's story "Philomel Cottage".
